Delivery Information
Please call our Sales Team on +44 (0) 1376 347 566 or email salesuk@suttontools.com for any delivery enquiries. We will try and ensure that orders placed online, or by phone, fax or email are ready for collection or dispatch the same day. Collections can be made from 8:00am till 4pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00am till 3:30pm on Friday.

Courier Delivery :-
Most orders will be sent via DPD however we reserve the right to use an alternative service should an order contain a liquid or is over 30kg.
Orders must be placed before 3:30pm Monday to Friday for a same day dispatch. Orders after this time or over a weekend will be sent the following next working day.
Orders for liquids or orders over 30kg must be placed before 3:30pm Monday to Friday for a same day dispatch. Orders after this time or over a weekend will be sent the following next working day.
Next Working Day orders placed after 3:30pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on the following working day.
Royal Mail :-
Order must be placed before 3:30pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. Orders after 4pm or over a weekend will be sent the following working day.
Only available on orders up to the value of £75.
Not guaranteed next day and no tracking details will be given.
Delivery is defined as 8am-6pm, Monday to Saturday
