Sales/Admin Assistant

Job description

Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients through a variety of communication channels, primarily over the telephone

Processing sales orders and sourcing non-stock items to meet those needs.

Creation, maintenance and updating of discount codes for clients

Creation and ownership of the quotation process

To provide first time resolution for clients, both internal and external, queries and/or complaints

Maintenance of the sales/supplier database to ensure contact details are kept up to date

Processing returned items

The successful applicant should have a good level of computer skills to fulfil the role

Provide attention to detail

Great interpersonal skills are essential

Multitasking – ability to prioritise and deal with demands

Organization skills

Offer flexibility and able to offer support to other departments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
