High performance, 4 flute solid carbide variable helix cutter, designed for fine finishing, finishing, rough finishing and roughing with the same tool. Ideal for a wide range of materials including Free Cutting Steels, Tool Steels, Nitriding Steels and Steels up to 50HRC. Variable helix angles and unequal index for effective smooth, vibrationless running and excellent surface finish. These tools feature the new Stygian G coating which offers both excellent wear resistance and eliminates surface pick up which enables exceptional toolife.
